We have a dedicated LGBTQ+ colleague network

Our LGBTQ+ network is one of our lived experience colleague networks. We create a workplace where our LGBTQ+ colleagues can be their authentic selves and truly have their voices heard, without fear or exclusion.
The network works with our other lived experience colleague networks - BAME, Disability and Neurodiversity, and Women - to provide safe spaces, awareness and information to support the inclusion of LGBTQ+ intersections and identities in our workplace. Membership of the network also includes LGBTQ+ allies, as inclusion doesn't happen without the fantastic support of everyone.
